    • How long does shipping take to Melbourne/Sydney? Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days once processed. We use tracked, insured shipping for every order.

    • Can I see the lights in person? To keep our prices fair, we don't have a retail showroom yet. However, we offer an Aesthetic Guarantee: if the light doesn't transform your space exactly as you imagined, you can return it within 30 days.
