Shipping & Delivery

At Vessl, we specialize in architectural and large-scale lighting. To ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition, we utilize a global fulfillment network that prioritizes secure handling and specialized packaging.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our distribution center.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

To maintain our competitive pricing and high quality, our products are shipped directly from our specialized manufacturing partners.

  • Australia / USA / UK: 8–15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 12–20 business days.

Note: These times are estimates. While most orders arrive on the earlier side, factors like customs processing and local courier delays can occasionally extend these windows.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 AUD.

  • For orders under $49 AUD, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your tracking number is active, you can monitor your shipment via our Track Your Order page. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vessl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the local carrier immediately. Vessl is not liable for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery to the provided address.
