1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, uninstalled condition, with all protective packaging and tags intact.

2. Damages & Handcrafted Variations

Given the nature of our materials—some of our products —minor variations in texture and tone are a mark of authenticity. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

• Contact hello@vessl.online within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include high-resolution photos of the damage and the exterior shipping label.

• We will expedite a complimentary replacement to you immediately.

3. The Return Process

To maintain our high standards of service, please do not return items to the address listed on your shipping label. Contact our concierge team first. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the correct regional warehouse address.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
