At Vessl, we believe that light is the centerpiece of a home. Because our collections feature delicate, high-end materials like hand-polished obsidian, weighted brass, and precision-engineered glass, our shipping process is designed with safety and gallery-standard quality in mind.

1. Order Processing & Quality Inspection

Every Vessl order undergoes a rigorous 48-hour Quality Control (QC) inspection. Before your light is dispatched, our technicians test the electrical components and inspect the finish for any aesthetic imperfections.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday (Excluding Victorian Public Holidays).

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We are proud to offer Complimentary Insured Shipping on all orders across Australia. We primarily ship to metropolitan and regional areas within Australia via premium courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: $0.00 (Complimentary)

  • Shipping Region: Australia-Wide.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

To ensure your architectural lighting arrives in perfect condition, we use specialized logistics networks experienced in handling fragile goods.

  • Metropolitan (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide): 7–10 business days.

  • Regional & WA/NT: 10–14 business days.

Please note: While we strive for speed, these timeframes ensure your light is handled with the care it deserves.

4. The Vessl "Arrive-Safe" Guarantee

We understand the concern of shipping fragile items. That is why every Vessl order is 100% Insured.

If your light arrives with any damage from transit, we will replace it immediately at zero cost to you.

  • Requirement: Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us at [Insert Your Email Here] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your piece has passed inspection and is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your light's journey from our studio to your door in real-time.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery

Most of our lighting requires a signature for security. If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection at a local depot. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure physical location (we cannot ship to PO Boxes).
